OIP MOdel 165 Laser31 Jul 2009 01:21 GMT12
I picked up an OIP Model 165 gas laser, part no. 763-065 from the
physics lab trash today. Try as I might, I couldn't find the PSU to go
with it. It has a (custom?) three-pin inline power connector with a
metal clip on one side.

We have a Fluke  5220A Transconductance Amplifier with a problem
that's been getting progressively worse over the years.  It's supposed
to put out at least 20 amps, ac or dc, with light inductive loads.
The overcompliance circuit is tripping the unit out at around 19A DC,

I have a Greenlee CM-750 DC current clamp meter.
The power-on DC reading is 7.5A.
Yes, the zero button fixes it, but I'd rather have
it power on close to zero.  The 7.5A has been VERY

This unit is about 4 years old, it has been having convegence problems

AC Motor Cap Question28 Jul 2009 22:46 GMT10
OK, so I have this AC motor that I would like to use in a project. It
has a partial label that shows the connections. It has 3 wires, black,
red and blue. The diagram shows a cap between the red and blue. One
connects the 120 VAC to the black wire and either the red OR blue to

Mitsubishi ck-31302 32" TV - menus work, but no picture??28 Jul 2009 13:17 GMT2
I have a Mitsubishi ck-31302 television.  The menus, volume scroller
bar, channel numbers all display, but I get no video.  Audio also
works.  Any thoughts on how to repair this?  Could it be a leaky cap
on the PIP board?  I am hoping somebody else has also encountered this

My Sony wireless headphones usually work fine for a variety of

Video tutorials, played on the computer cause the headphones to be
used a little differently, in that I'll often pause the video to make

Wondering if anyone is familiar with this series. I was
