Just been mending a Technics stack system with a 5 disc multichanger CD /
DVD unit. Changer was jammed. The disc that was jamming it was a CD called
"Church Bells of Kent". Fair enough. And what was the other disc in the
stack ? A DVD called "Ben Dover's Dirty Blondes" !!!!

Anyone selling any Fluke Pods for the 9100 or 9010a?

Apparently a recent thunder-storm has burned out my flatbed scanner (no thanks
to my fancy-schmancy mid-size APC surge protector).
I checked to see if it was the power-adapter, but that's fine. I opened the
scanner and looked at the circuit board and it is indeed burned. It seems ...

WTF is up with all these loony GMAIL posts. They are all from the same
person.

I recently hard wired an lcd monitor with a damaged power socket.
I was able to accomplish it but now I have to disconnect the power cord from
the monitor (and then reconnect it) and the computer has to be off or it
will not turn on.

What does it do exactly?
Timer? Protection circuit of some kind?

My co-worker has a Dell Laptop PP10S that works on batteries but not AC. He
measured the AC adapter to be the correct voltage.
Has anyone seen this problem before? Could it be a bad regulator?
Any assistance will be appreciated.

I just bought a flyback tester and have a drawer full of flybacks that
I want to test.  How do I know what pins to connect it to?  The
directions say to simple hook it up to the primary windings, but which
pins are these?

Anyone have this system?
I really don't use a LOT of batteries but the idea of
throwing them away bothers me as we have no way to
recycle them here locally

Hi I have a Sony Super Beta SL-HFT7 Betamax which was playing fine
when suddenly the picture disappeared.  The audio remained fine.  I
was using the RCA line out cables when this happened.  Then I tried
using the RF Coaxial out, everything worked fine (video and audio).
