Dish Network receiver DP508 no UHF remote06 Jul 2008 12:46 GMT4
This receiver supports a Dish remote control that transmits IR(line of
sight) and UHF(through the walls).
It's definitely a fault in the receiver with UHF reception. IR works fine
and I've tried different remotes. It won't even work with the remote inches

PS-6301-1 is a hot-plug switching power supply for Compaq servers.
I have the backplane connector pin-out (see above).
A while after turn-on pin23 (READY) goes up to +5V.

I have a used 1993  RCA/GE CTC177 tv set that says PIP on the front
case that I picked up junking.  The set works great once I fixed the
tuner solder problem. I only have a universal remote and am wondering
how to get into the PIP mode.  I know there is a service mode by

I find desolder braid or vacuum suckers only work well enough on flat pcb
pads not bulbous solder and wire/s around tags of older stuff.
Anyone have improvements or alternatives to the technique I use.

In the process of trying to determin if my power supply is defective,
or the video board on an LCD TV. I checked the voltage output pins and

They are all P/N DT-1704, but some have the letter A, B, or C, on the

I have a Sony Betamax VCR Model # Sl-S600 that has a dead capstan motor.
Everything else is working. The unit loads the
cassette and loads the tape around the head drum. the head motor is turning
also.
