I have a JVC HR-S3910U S-VHS machine which had a problem accepting certain tapes. The eject mechanism would make a funny squeeling noise i.e. Similar to the sound of wiping a cloth on glass. Tried using WD-40 to correct the problem, but now the machine does not

for what ever reason, I have been looking for a long time now to buy lets say 5 or more, 3SK291 transistors that are Toshiba made. this is a dual gate UHF Fet transistor.. Can any one supply a link to a supplier that has this transistor
