I remember replacing these quite often many years ago and I still have a few around here. They are pn. 22-7505, .015uf/1600V. These have four leads. The two ends read continuity so as we'll probably never again see the chassis these went into can they be used simply as a .015uf

I'm not a repairman, but do attempt the easy ones. I like this receiver, but suddenly it does weird things. With power applied, a relay inside is clicking on/off about 4/sec. The On-Off PB is not stuck (checked the small sw inside). Got that far into it.

Have I a problem or is this normal ?? On power up , there is a short period of nothing , followed by the front panel -center lights short flash- then trigger lamps ligth and reamin lit , scope then runs normally ... I think this is normal

More a question of what is normal with these. ? Probably an elcap problem, repaired . Its out of the box so the normal footswitch action is replaced for testing with just a wire touched to ground.
