My PC LCD display (Polyview V17E) has problems.  I suspect either
damage due to poor heat disipation or poor quality is to blame.  When I
give the screen power, the florecent light gives light for a second.

Can i safely replace a 470uf 10V cap by a 470uf 25V cap without causing too
much draw on the circuit
or does the voltage make no difference in needed current?
Caps are almost the same size, 10V caps are not available.

Model # F32672SBYX3 Chassis # CTC187CJ3, herringbone on all channels,
all channels are there, but have noise. Repaired the tuner, main board,
as per RCA modification, replaced Y2001 crystal,
SF301V, & the stand up board with the comb filter. Still the same.

I got this receiver today really cheap. It powers up and all panel functions
work, The Radio even tunes and locks onto stations, but there is No Audio
fron any of the 5 channels. I even tried headphones - nothing. Where do I

I have my high definition box hookup up to my 42" plasma tv with a hdmi
cord.  My kenwood reciever only has a slot for a fiber optic cable.  I
have both of them hooked up at the same time.  When I want to listen to
the tv over the Kenwood surround sound I just turn the speakers off ...

I've got a Sony SDM-HS73 LCD monitor and it has an intermittent problem.

Several years ago I was trying to figure out a way to allow a motor to
be controlled by a computer interface (to allow it to go both forward
and backward by just applying a voltage on one of two lines).  I

My Tilt/Trim motor on my boat gets very hot after only cycling the
engine the full
range a couple of times.  also the bonding wires on my outboard are
getting extremly hot and melting the insulation.  None of this occurs
