KLH 21 tuning cap needed09 Sep 2006 00:38 GMT1
I'm looking for a tuning cap for a KLH 21 table radio (with a white
grill cloth) and would buy a 'basket case' that still has a good one.
The model 18 tuner and model 20 compact system likely use the same cap.
Please contact me directly by e-mail if you have one that you would ...
HandK stereo receiver repair09 Sep 2006 00:30 GMT15
I just fired up my 330A Harmon Kardon stereo receiver.  It's been
sitting a while.  It worked great at first but then all of the speakers
on both channels starting sounding fuzzy like they were blown (it
happened suddenly and I'm quite sure the speakers are fine).  Is that a
8 year old Sony XBR35 TV video cuts out after a while08 Sep 2006 23:32 GMT1
My Sony XBR35 video cuts out now after some minutes of running, so I
assume it's heat-related.  It makes a noise just like when the video
cuts in a few seconds after cold startup.  What is the device that cuts
it in on startup?  I figure I'd start looking there with a can of

Hello......TV gave me 2 or 3 beeps then nothing. Clicking is only thing

click on but it just keeps clicking. I tried unplugging for a while
with no results.
RCA F35100ST (CTC169BC) Width Problem08 Sep 2006 20:16 GMT1
I recently replaced Y4301 a 503Khz resonator in this set. Now the customer
is saying that the screen is too wide. Adjusting the pot for width control
does not reduce it enough.
Is there a service menu on this set?

Not typical microwave oven issue08 Sep 2006 18:16 GMT9
my microwave - an old Sharp w/convection - has a nasty habit.
When the power goes on and off, as in a storm or not, occasionally it
will spontaniously start up, usually with the convection feature on -
'cause it gets very hot. I haven't noticed that the microwave was on,
High floating voltage on RF TV distribution on house08 Sep 2006 09:56 GMT10
I am trying to distibute RF TV signals around my house to various TVs
in other rooms.  I am running a cable from the RF out on the decoder to
a splitter, and then to the various rooms.   I found that I was getting
about 100 volts on the earth and live at the splitter.   I then found
