Magnavox TV Repair15 Sep 2006 16:18 GMT5
This would be my first attempt at repairing a TV. The TV works just

picture to settle down. And then this recurs off and on. Which part do
RCA 257805 subs15 Sep 2006 15:02 GMT2
Has anyone had much experience using the Asti or other generic brands
of replacements for this NLA part? My distributor tells me they no
longer carry the Asti due to mechanical and electrical problems. He now
carries the "Russel" brand for 37.00 which seems very high. The Asti

I recently found a JBL Model 6810 projector in my neighborhood that was
being thrown out, so I picked it up and brought it home to see if it's
something that could be fixed.  I have a background in appliance repair, but
I have no experience working on CRTs or projectors of any ...

splitter for composite video14 Sep 2006 19:03 GMT3
I'm assembling the pieces to put an "eye in the sky" via a 2.4GHz mini-cam
in a radio control model airplane.
The 2.4GHz receiver has composite a/v RCA outputs.  The video will be going
to a camcorder (old Hi-8 with only a viewfinder) and a new mobile 5.6" LCD

Crossing NTE transistors to industry numbers14 Sep 2006 06:13 GMT7
Is there any way possible to determine which industry numbers will
cross to a particular NTE number? I need to replace a fairly large
number of 2N6254 audio output transistors and I have access to many
2SC, 2SD and some 2N numbers etc. The 2N6254 crosses to an NTE181.

My Toyota cressida 86 is dead but the AM/FM stereo with build in
