Tried the usual probing with a non-conductive stick on the flyback and
other components and none seem to affect what is occurring.  This

Is there any way to make a three phase concrete breaker work on 240V single
phase UK mains? here is a photo of the label attached to the machine.

Anybody out there know about this?  You place the film/paper on top of a
circuit board that has a short circuit and it will show you the hot spots.
I only saw it used a couple times, and that was quite a few years ago.
