My tv just randomly broke, the picture tubes got messed up . It was the
blue and red ones, because my tv looks like the 3-d
theatres...everything is wierd, and it hurts your eyes after a while.
Anyone know how to fix a projection tv? Its sony.

Over the years, I've kept a few ATX power supply from old computers.  Now,
I'm thinking about upgrading my computer and add more hard disks.  The
problem is the current power supply might not be able to support so many
hard disks running at the same time.  Instead of buying a new ...

Just wondering if there are any small repair shops anymore. I am running a
small shop, mostly getting small low dollar repairs. I post a $20 minimum
charge but give away a lot of free estimates.
What is a good place to order picture tubes online? I know this is not cost

Got an amplifier pc board with 75 ohm cable type F fitting to receiver with
50 ohm bnc chassis fitting.
I'm going put the 75 ohm type F on one end of my 10' coax interconnect, and
a 50 ohm bnc on the other end of my 50 ohm coax.

Are there any solutions to fixing scratches in a monitor? I had to MRA
my monitor back to NEC for some othe problems but they said they had no
way to fix scratches in the glass. I was hoping someone out there had a
fix.

KV27St36. Had two similar units, that after doing the usual repair, the
horizontal output runs hot, just after 5 minutes. Both units runs for
hours, I'm just afraid they will come back. After 5 minutes, you can
only hold your finger on the output for about 5 seconds, then it's too

I bought a Samsung mini-DV (SCD 103) about two years ago. Lately I have
problem with it. When I turn it on, the screen is dark and no images

I have a Jukebox I'm restoring and somebody broke teh lock assemblies and
I'm hoping somebody can suggest a source for buying new ones
They are somply a threaded cylinder about an inch long and 3/4 or so in
diameter that has a shrew in teh end that would allow it attach to an arm ...

I recently moved back from the US to the UK and brought back my US
purchased SONY SONY KE-42XS910 plasma TV.
Foolishly, I presumed this thing would be a multi format unit (NTSC &
PAL), but it's only NTSC.

I'm wondering what is involved in replacing a HDD or DVD loader in a
DVD recorder. Assuming that both devices use standard PC type IDE
interfaces and power connectors, is there anything that would preclude
a simple swap? I imagine that the HDD must be able to be formatted in

Hi, I have a IR led and don't know much else about it.. Does anyone know
what value of resistor would be good to power on on a 3v battery? I found
this nice calculator but don't know any if the ratings abut the LED..

I have a RC-receiver (27 MHz) (Actualy a Mini-Z RC car) that lost the
antenna cord. I de-solder the rest of the cord and put a new cord aprox. the
same type and length of the original cord. But now the range is about 2
meters maximum (6 feet). I have a ordinary 27 MHz Transmitter ...
