Small fuses pico  / Littel01 Jul 2005 18:04 GMT4
I'm trying to get hold of a small, surface mount fuse. I believe they are
known as Pico or Littel fuses. I'm looking for a 4 Amp one. Anybody have a
U.K. contact for these?

Brown insulation paper and orange cellotape01 Jul 2005 17:30 GMT4
In doing repair on a laptop, I would feel better about taping down a
couple of flat nylon connectors with some of that thin orange cellotape
that a few of the other connectors inside use.
Also, I remember thin sturdy brown paper used as insulating sheet in old

nylon hardware01 Jul 2005 05:37 GMT8

I want to find some #6 nylon machine screws and nuts.  This would make
my life much easier when screwing down TO-220 transistors.  I can't use
clips on the stuff I make because the transistors attach to the
HP 3200m01 Jul 2005 02:50 GMT4
I purchased this a couple of years ago for cheap, replaced the BIOS DIMM for
a few bucks and have been enjoying it and it's sibling (got a package deal)
for a long time.  As detailed in the 'Lightning' thread, it's not working
after taking a surge through (I believe) the phone line.
