Can no longer channel search as message shows this facility is no
activated.  Cannot tune in sky tv channel.  Would be grateful for an

I have  Sony KV27S15 TV which has worked fine since 1995.  It has a
soft-start after power up, which delayed about 5-8 seconds before
lighting up the CRT.
About 6-8 months ago, the delay began to gradually get longer and

I had a power outage Jun 11th and my amp hasn't powered up yet. It
still has the standby light but no power. I left it unplugged for days
and it's still not coming on. This happened before and after leaving
it unplugged a week it powered up again. The model is Fisher RS-727.

After working OK for approx 100 hours, it now displays "No Disk" ...
- sometimes upon start after not being used for several days,
- sometimes after playing a DVD for approx 1 1/2 hours

I have a Sony Trinitron model number KV-27TS27 TV.  For the past few months
( I use it very seldom), the sound volume is very low despite having the
sound controls at max.  I even tried connecting the audio-out jacks to my
stereo sound system and get the same low volume.  Does ...

I have a new problem with my tv. :(
Now the sound volume is very low when using the Antenna input (RF input?).
DVD, VCR, etc connected to the RCA inputs(video1, 2,3), the volume works
fine.

Have Magnavox 32" 2 years old. Replaced flyback, runs 30 seconds then
shutdown, unless in factory mode.  Stays on in factory mode. How do you
reset in factory mode? I have the service remote but not the service manual.

I have this reciever that blinks "Protector" after it is turned on for
about 2 seconds.  I disconnected everything from the unit thinking the
speakers was causing the problem.

OK, I posted a message a month or so ago, now I have a few more
questions. My JVC 32" TV turned whited and was out of focus. I took it
to a local shop, the said it was the High Voltage Transformer, but they
said they turned the focus all the way one way, and got a fairly good

I picked one of these up today off of craigslist..  it was free and cam
with the instruction manual, and a pack of 250v 3amp fuses...  it won
power on, so i figured it is a fuse... i pulled off the back panel, an
