i have a CT 20R11S tv that dead. i lost electricity during a lightning storm, after i got back power tv would not turn on. there is no sound or anything when power button is pressed. i opened tv and check fuses and they are ok. where do i start troubleshooting?

Do anyone out there know how to read memory stick without putting them into the computer and letting the computer read them. have a lot of them too many to try them out before install them any help or advice will be appreciated. i'am somwhat new at this.

I have a 3 year old Gateway computer with monitor and for the past few weeks at various times the monitor screen shrinks to where I can not see the toolbar. It is all black on the bottom and about an inch above there is a translucent 3D 1 inch wide bar that goes across the screen.

I have the above system and when Im playing CDs, at a reasonable volume, after a few minutes of completely normal play, the output suddenly goes dead!! When I switch it off and on again it works fine but then the samething happens. Does anyone know what the problem is?

A bit tricky refrigerator problem. Unit is 12 years old Sears (made by GE) top freezer. Symptoms are that it starts and cools for a while, but stops and does not restart. Compressor quite hot - can hold finger on it for 4 sec. All fans are running. Coils clean.
