 Got this Z27X22 in for repairs the other day. You guessed it, one of those
ones with the crappy CRT's. This set however had a shorted (and badly
burned) HV cap across the HOT (CX231). Replacing it fixed the set, and it

Hi. Can anyone help me? My satreceiver shows after a short powerdrop "Err"
in display when powering up.
Voltages in powersupply seems normal (5, 12 and 24 volts).
Checked power to MAC board, also OK.

I received 2 of these from a buddy in hopes I could fix them.  One of them
had a squealing flyback so i swapped it out and now the pictures pulses, for

I have this unit which changes size from time to time. Almost like a slight
zoom in  and then zoom back out.
The picture is great, I have redone all cold joints, looked for bad caps,
