Our office has an Achiever paper shredder (model 00485) that doesn't want to shred. When you flip the switch it shows that it has power, but it won't shred. Any ideas on what to check or do about this? Thanks.

I recently bought an inexpensive Magnavox TV. After two months of use, the sound has begun to misbehave -- it somtimes fluctuates erratically in volume. Is this something that I could get fixed under the Circuit City warranty? Thanks for your consideration.

The monitor that I have has a 15 pronged male plug that plugs into my computer. Several of the prongs are badly bent, precluding plugging in the monitor. Any suggestions for repair, and if not, are there replacement connecting plugs available?
