I have a View sonic P815-2M G3 chassis that had no display after turning
it on one day.
Before I started working on it the symptoms were: Power on , power led
is green, relay clicks on, then degauss noise is heard, relay clicks

I am looking into getting this certfication, Is there a study guide
availble? Who do I contact? Thanks for your help.

One of my friends has an arcade jamma board which he dropped and damaged the
microprocessor. The part is labeled ORION IDT 79R4600-100MS. Is it possible if
I purchase a new one it will work? I am unsure how they work, do they get
programmed with sets of instructions or are they like ...

 I have a magnavox projection that has no response to the brightness or
picture controls, before I start checting it out, I would like to get a
little help, if anyone has had this problem. I think it is in the vedeo out,
but maybe someone has a better idea.

I have a dremel scroll saw with a dc motor and a broken speed control. I
assume it is some kind of pot. There are 3 wires going to the terminals on
the pot. If i connect all 3 the motor sometimes makes 1/2 turn but usually

round and it appears as if the same contacts are used in both the male and

The TV is SONY KP43T75 projection TV, bought in 11/2000. It worked very
nicely for the past few years. The average use is about 8 ~ 10 hours a

A friend claimed he was able to use a car battery as an arc welder. Is this
possible? Would it damage the battery?

I have a Sylvania Superset model # RPK708 CH03, chasis # 27P1-02.  I'm
starting lose focus and see 3 seperate colors (blue, red, and yellow).  Is
