I have a fairly new DVD player that all the sudden stopped working
right.
No matter what disc I try to play, even new ones without any scrathes,
it will "freeze" for a few seconds, then play again, over and over,

can find ribbon cable but not the flexable flat cable used for moving
heads on printers, scanners etc. I need some with the both end

Hi, I wonder if anyone might be able to help me figure out the most
likely reason an old 1960's battery clock has stopped working.
The clock has an unusual battery powered movement so i can't just swap

jumping on the screen, adding at some moments some black space on the

When this set is turned on HV comes up and then goes down in a
repeated cycle. There is no audio as well. I do not have a service
manual for this set and this is the first one of these that I have
seen.  It appears that when the crt's illuminate the set shuts down.
