My PC Monitor is a DELL Multiscan P991.  About 2/3 years old.  Just about
useable in its present condition.
It suffers from the following symptoms:

I ask because I have looked everywhere for a forum on camera repairs,

I have an Olympus d-100 digital camera (Camedia, Brio) that has NEVER
been dropped or mis-treated in any way but it has "Just Died"?

My Crosley 19" TV is about twelve years of age.  I cannot get it to tune
channels 95 through 97.  It does tune in about everything else including 98
and 99.  Is there actually a problem or was the set designed this way?

I have to resolder all the solder joints in a power board for my TV.  What
