Have a Panasonic CT27G23W TV that started exhibiting a wierd problem.
The top 1 " of the screen would start shifting down. Basically I can
see a 1" band at top that shifts down and has a slightly higher
brightness. This comes and goes, the set seems to correct itself and

I have a friends cordless phone at my house for possible repair if possible.

I have to resolder all the solder joints in a power board for my TV.  What
can I use to remove the resin stains when I'm done?  No electronics

I have an '87 Tappan Turnabout, mdl# 56-4877-10, that just recently quit
working. The light is on, the timer works, but no cooking is happening. I
