Dell 2300MP DLP Projector color issues19 Nov 2004 00:09 GMT3
DLP (Digital Light Processing) using the TI MMD (Multiple Mirror Device)

DLP is one of the major players in digital cinema.  Thus, we were
surprised to see what might be described as "muddy" yellow and red on

Samsung DVD-511 burned resistors18 Nov 2004 13:07 GMT9
Hi PRR15 and PRR17 1/8 watt resistors in power supply primary burned
beyond recognition. Anyone with a similar model can tell me their
values? Exact model no. is DVD-511/XAA though I presume any DVD-511 or
DVD-711 or maybe other models may have the same power supply
rubber connection get together again...18 Nov 2004 12:58 GMT6
Yesterday I accidently get Tea over my keyboard. I opened it, cleaned
everything, but it won't work anymore. I suggest now it is not from
the tea, but from a rubber connection board. I don't know how's the
correct name of it, but like to describe it:

Fisher AD-850 CD player service manual18 Nov 2004 01:24 GMT3
Does anyone have a service manual to the Fisher AD-850 CD player they
would be willing to sell?  This is an early model from 1983 that I'd
like to get going.  I need to repair an apparent control logic
problem.  The laser reads the disc fine, but it seems to get stuck

I am trying to fix a Magnavox turntable(MCU061) made by Nippon Columbia Co.
The transformer was bad(open primary) so I subbed AC power to the board
through a variable AC supply. It will run at about 4v at the correct speed
but it's very unstable and the 33-45 sw does nothing. I ...

I recently built a robust lamp dimmer to drive an ignition coil.  The dimmer
