Hi, I work on technics cd player model slp102, THE PROBLEM IS....... NO SPINDLE ROTATION.... The laser lens work ok, do the focus search, but no spindle rotation. I checked spindle motor , the motor is ok, but no voltage go at pin + .

My 13 year old sony KV-27EXR25 caught the pin cushioned picture disease. It seems to jump back and forth between working and pin cushioned. A light tap on the front of the chassis seems to fix it temporarily.

Has anyone found a recent supplier for these that is less expensive than Sony or their typical distributors ($65.97)? Tritronics has one for $59.89 but this is still pretty steep. We were buying them for ~$25 a year or so ago but none of the suppliers that I have

Symptoms: Pictures are all yellow. They display fine in LCD prior to taking picture. Existing pictures prior to problem are ok. Any ideas? Thanks Bill D.

I have an Onkyo DS575 surround receiver. It started to fail recently. When I turn it on, it will come on for a second and turn itself off right away. What would be the problem? I have the schematics, but not sure where I should start looking.

I have a Sony SLV-D300P dvd player / vcr combo that has DVD motor noise in the audio. It is about -45dB and only in the DVD mode while the DVD platter motor is running. Does anyone want to suggest a starting point to identify the source of the problem? I suspect a grounding problem ...
