Hi, I work on technics  cd player model slp102,
         THE PROBLEM IS....... NO SPINDLE ROTATION....
The laser lens work ok, do the focus search,  but no spindle rotation.
I checked spindle motor , the motor is ok, but no voltage go at pin + .

I can't change the channel on this thing, it's stuck on channel 4. How
can I reprogram it so it can change to another channel?

My 13 year old sony KV-27EXR25 caught the pin cushioned picture
disease.
It seems to jump back and forth between working and pin cushioned. A
light tap on the front of the chassis seems to fix it temporarily.

I have a budget powered subwoofer wtih a 100W amplifier.  Right out of
nowhere, the sub started to have a constant, low-pitched hum that ruins the
whole home theater experience.
My thought is that one of the power output transistors has failed.  What are

Has anyone found a recent supplier for these that is less expensive than
Sony or their typical distributors ($65.97)?
Tritronics has one for $59.89 but this is still pretty steep.  We were
buying them for ~$25 a year or so ago but none of the suppliers that I have

Symptoms:  Pictures are all yellow.  They display fine in LCD prior to
taking picture.  Existing pictures prior to problem are ok.  Any ideas?

I have an Onkyo DS575 surround receiver. It started to fail recently. When I
turn it on, it will come on for a second and turn itself off right away.
What would be the problem? I have the schematics, but not sure where I
should start looking.

Hi everyone.  My vcr, a GE pro-fect-model no vg4019 is not working.  When I
plug it in, the display flashes on and off, and when I insert a tape, I hear
a whirring noise for a short time, and then nothing.  Is it possible to tell
what might be the problem?  I'd like to try to fix it ...

I have a jvc aa-p250 power supply for a broadcast video camera. recently it
began having fits of "ticking" which seemed to drop the voltage to the point

I have a Sony SLV-D300P dvd player / vcr combo that has DVD motor noise in
the audio. It is about -45dB and only in the DVD mode while the DVD platter
motor is running. Does anyone want to suggest a starting point to identify
the source of the problem? I suspect a grounding problem  ...

I bought my Proscan 56" RPTV (model PS56670LG1, Chassis PTK195CP or
CTC195C) back in 1997.  Within 6 months, I was experiencing
intermittent picture quality issues, such as the picture going to all
snow, and the audio making loud hissing/crackling sounds.  Each
