Hi guys(and gals), I am in a bind because I was installing Win XP on my
computer (I had Win 98 before) and  after copying files XP restarted and I
couldn't finish installing because I get the "Sync. Out of Range" message.

This very old but very nice cd-player has got a hiss in one of the
channels. I tried to locate it but no luck so far. Someone told me that
this was a common problem on this model. It sounds like a defective
condensator but it probably isn't.

I was givin this TV in the respect that I could fix it. its a nice 27inch TV
set with the notorious ctc185 chassis in it. The reason I took this on,
because I have successfully repaired the same exact TV that had a bad

Our microwave oven has been sparking intermittently.  
On the inside wall of the oven, (i.e. in the food area) is a shield

I have a Sony DV300P combo DVD / VHS machine. It has developed noise in the
