I have an HP 3611A Power supply which is a 0-20V 0-1.5A DC Supply
with a read LED readout for both voltage & current.
The unit powers up but the readouts are reading something close to 0
and both the Constant Voltage / Current indicators are light.

I have a SMD from an industrial machine made in Italy that I'm having
problems identifying.  It's green, has 2 legs, and is marked 221k.  I
was thinking 220 ohm resistor, but it only measures 10 ohms.  Any
ideas?

I have a Viewsonic PS790 monitor with no raster.  HV is a solid 25KV, and
the CRT filament lights up.  G2 screen voltage is supposed to be 600v, but I
