I replaced the audio amp chip TDA7265 in a Regent HT-500 DVD home theater. It works perfect except for no voice track, all the other sound tracks work fine. I don't have the remote for this unit, am I missing a setup feature that's on the remote?

a friend has bought from US a guitar amplifier, 100W. It has a switching power supply (yes, I know it's strange).The amp is to be used in Italy, where the voltage is 220, 50Hz: supposedly, the supply needs some adjustment. The vendor refuses to give information on how to do that.
