Need some assistance in fixing a Tektronix TDS 220 Two Channel Digital

My TV will not power on.  I checked the power connections and the fuse in
the connector.  There is power going across the fuse, but the nothing

Anybody have any experience with the vertical deflection circuit of this
model?  A friend has one with both channels almost dead (just a touch of
vertical deflection) and the traces are below the center line with little

The start pad will occasionally not work on a samsung microwave no matter
how hard you press it, then a day or 2 later it works ok. All other pads
work.  Is there any way to repair this?

Normally, on a Wega, you can access the service menu by pressing in
succsession Display - 5 - Vol UP - Power. This is the brand new model
for 2004 and it seems to not be working. Is there another code for it?
