Having a Superbowl party this Sunday, Im in Boston, GO Patriots !!
My Toshiba TP48D71 is dead, "GREAT" perfect timing for this Sundays Game
I am limited on having the time to work on this set, so if I have some
commom failures to look at first, I might get it going again.

I'm knee-deep in CRT parts trying to adjust the brightness on my
Futura 17" ldf770...I crack the puppy open only to find out that
there's two focus controls and zero brightness, screen, or master
screen controls.

I got a used SONY GDM-200PS monitor. It is a really nice 17" monitor.
However, it has a vertical jitter problem. The screen on left and
right sides are distorted. It looks like:

this set wont tune, voltages on the tuner are present,I2C is present ->
already replaced the tuner,TDA8262,F150 without any success... any tips or
hints what it could be?

When trying to tune the final amp on my Kenwood TS-820, I get little or no
