I have a ('77 ?) Tektronix 485 scope (serial starts with a 'B' or an
'8', number is 167020) that I received 4 years ago. At the time it
worked, although I was (still am somewhat) pretty "green" regarding
electronics as I am more of a hobbyist than a professional as I love

If I have a 10 hp, 230 vac, 3ph motor with a current draw of 24 amps.
I would fuse it with a 30 amp time delay.
OK now my question. Do I wire it with the capability of handling 24
amps or 30 amps?

Pretty much every electronics lab has a set of parts organization
boxes (the ones with the compartmented drawers).  I've been looking
around for some, but I can't find a good source.  The best I've found
so far is

Awhile back I saw somebody guageing interest in a replacement board for
the infamous/failure-prone U800 part in the Tek 2465 (and ilk).  Anyone
know if that ever came to fruition??  Scoured the net and just can't
find any other mention of it.

I have a Radio-Shack (Tandy) 22-175b digital multimeter.
Wen I use it to measure capacitors it do not do it's 0 before measuring,
even without any wires plug to it there is alway a .1 nf reading, there is
only two trimpots on the pc board, how can we reajust to have 0 ?

I have two signals: clock and data.  the swing voltage from 0v to
1.2v.  frequency is 33M on clock.  I am trying to use Agilent logic
analyzer 16822A to capture the two signals, but the the analyzer
cannot capture the clock signal.  I don't know the reason, I could use
