I have produced 100's of I-t curve of a comb that is made up of copper e.g.

Small Workshops25 Jan 2006 19:47 GMT7
I would be interested in hearing and seeing examples of very small
workshops (closets/small apartments/small bedrooms) and how people have
adapted a workshop to a very small space. Pictures or links to pictures
would be great. I would think the challenges of lighting, ventilation,
High end pcb repair equipment question...25 Jan 2006 04:43 GMT2
I was looking at some of the very expensive test equipment used to
troubleshoot circuit boards and it seems that they all use the Huntron type
of testing.  Injecting an AC signal and then viewing the results on a screen
and then comparing that to a working board. Equipment made ...

A follow up question to my last post.  Which lettering system is universal
to older IC's.  Example.  If I buy a 75HCXXX can I swap that into a 74LCXXX
or 74??XXX.  Are the HC the latest and completely backward compatible? If
not is there one that is somewhat universal so that if ...
Finding used high voltage power supplies23 Jan 2006 04:16 GMT3
I'm trying to replace a Bertan 230-30R power supply that died recently,
so I'm looking for something that can go form 0 to at least 30kV with a
maximum current of 0.4mA. Higher maximum voltage, the ability to go
from -30kV to +30kV, or both, would be nice but arn't really necessary.
IC Parts22 Jan 2006 19:43 GMT2
I work on coin operated equipment and it seems when ever I suspect a bad IC
or transistor or other part I have to drive into town or order it over the
net.  Is there a place that sells most of the commen IC's and transistors in
bulk, cheaply.  So I can buy one big mass of parts ...

Bad day at the office (shack) - two failure in one day ;-(
I recently turned on my trusty 7904A after perhaps 2 years of non-use...
It briefly displayed both traces (linup is 2 x 7A26, 7B92A, 7B53A), and
then the traces dissapeared after about 10 seconds and the scope is

Transformer22 Jan 2006 01:47 GMT2
Anyone have a need for a Transformer out of an older Tek scope? I can't
recall the exact model it came from off hand, but there are numbers on it to
identify it.
It was removed out of a working scope - scrapped only due to no space.
