I also see other models, some older and not so old.  I had my eye ...

I want to cause static or interference on a line that leads from
the wall to a callmaster IV made by Lucent. These are phones used in
call-centers...  The line has eight wires and I think it is the same as
a computer data line??  There is no other power source to the Lucent

Copyright on HP service manuals07 May 2005 17:24 GMT154
I don't have any HP user or service manuals, but I suspect they are
copyrighted. Has anyone ever asked Agilent for permission to copy an HP
manual and put it on the web.
The manual in question (HP 5370B time interval counter) is dated 1995,

Could someone please help me locate a voltmeter, low cost, that will
detect a voltage pulse less than 120ms in length and about 120mV (give
or take 30mV) amplitude?  All I really need it to do is flash an LED
when a pulse is detected.  I do not need to know the voltage, period,

why spectrum analyser and not oscilloscope05 May 2005 16:24 GMT1
Why do not the oscilloscope used for noise measurement, where we can
use the FFT feature of the scope. Most of the time it is seen that
expensive spectrum analysers are used. Any comments on it and
discussion are most welcomed.
Power line (spike, sag, etc.) monitor?04 May 2005 15:55 GMT6
There is a model of power mains monitor that I'm thinking of. It is long ago

just a plug-in-the-wall and leave it alone device in a blue metal case (I
think...).
