I am planning to buy a low end digital storage oscilloscope. My first
option was a TDS1002 from Tektronix but a sales engineer told me to
consider an IDS810 from ISO-Tech, as its price/performance is
-supposedly- excellent. I have never heard of that brand, so I have made

I found this unit at the local landfill and it has an output, however
the panel meter which doubles as a voltage or current indicator
depending upon which front panel switch you push in, does not indicate
anything. Does anyone have a schematic for this power supply or do you

there some procedure I can go through to find the phase order of the
windings. I mean, I need to apply power to these windings, in order, so that

I wish use THS730A to measure two signal with about 160V ~ 200V
floating voltage. Does anyone knows that, will the THS730a be damaged,
if I don't use Tek's P5102 probes.

Where cani find equipment that makes my laptop work as a signal generator
which makes it possible  to simulate a crankshaft pickup signal  . The
pickup detects
tooths on flywheel for the starter motor.
