I just purchased an HP 54110d scope, and it fails the power up self test.  I
don't have a service manual, but can someone tell me which boards do what?
The boards inside are:

My old Fluke 8024A thinks a charged NIIMH cell (1.2V) is supplying
15V, and a near-dead 9V batt is at 52V (!)
Their new DMM's are priced a biit too high for me..  
Does anyone have an idea what Fluke charges to fix these old meters?

I'm working with some silicon chips and I'm looking for a type of oven
that can heat up the solder finish rather quickly (in seconds would be
great) but not so much for the body of the chips.
I was thinking that an IR furnace will probably do it but someone said

I brought a TENMA brand Dig.Multimeter model 72-2050 which was on
promotion from Farnell.I did not notice until when i need to test
continnity, the beeper was very soft, it sound like " Mosquito" , it
