Reconing speakers01 Oct 2003 00:22 GMT2
I have a pair of 'home made' Radford Monitor 1 speakers (I think they
are monitor 1s anyhow)
They have genuine Radford driver units, but the left speaker seems to
have problems with its midrange drivers.

I have a Fluke 8012A multimeter, and it now displays "BT" and all

Removing the carrying handle from a Tek 2211 'scope27 Sep 2003 17:19 GMT3
Has anyone tried removing the carrying handle from a Tektronix 2211
(or similar) 'scope? It's the one that just pulls out under tension,
and has a circle of lugs that locate into the main body.
I'm trying to stack my equipment up and the handle is a pain!
Biddle.....anyone?27 Sep 2003 07:33 GMT1
I have just been given a "Biddle Versapot", model 72-311.  My question is, wtf
is/does this thing do?  It's panel says "calibrator/potentiometer".  I haven't
had any luck with searching the net, so I thought I'd ask here.  Thanks.

Repair Tektronix 485 or purchase B&K 1590a?26 Sep 2003 02:16 GMT2
I have a Tektronix 485 in the shop. The repair bill could be as high as
$300. I have been offered a B&k 1590a for $380 . I do not know the B&K
and have never owned one of their scopes. I like the 485 but it is pretty
old. What should I do-fix or buy the B&K?
