I have the following problem, I need to convert the linear range from
0 to 5 Volts in a measure of weight (from 0 to 9999 tons) displayed in
a 4 -1/2 digit 7 segments) display and I was wondering if a Voltmeter

I just inherited a Tektronix 533 oscilloscope and it's cart. I don't
know if it works but it looks to be in pretty good shape. I know it is
pretty old and has been stored in a garage... no clue if it works or
