N25D solder iron compatible tips (also seeking)31 Mar 2009 06:10 GMT1
The datasheet for the N25D says that the NT1 tip is suited for the N25D.
Looking at the image of the tip, it in no way resembles that presently
in either of my N25Ds.

Amiga 1084 monitor problem30 Mar 2009 07:24 GMT15
Does anyone know of someone who might be able to fix one of these in
Melbourne? I opened mine up to resolder one of the connectors, and now it's
powering up but wont display any sort of image, but I'm fairly sure it's
salvagable an I'd hate to throw it out.

Solar Battery Technology29 Mar 2009 18:25 GMT7
I'd heard that adding two percent silver to the metal grids
of lead acid batteries prevents the Brown (Positive?) plate

of leads/cable that I use with my oscilloscope?

Tingles from power supply26 Mar 2009 16:11 GMT333
I've recently bought a D-Link DIR-300 wireless router. While
disconnecting its power supply from it, I got a tingling sensation when
I touched the plug (to be clear, I'm talking about the 5V DC plug, not
the mains plug).

Why do we have cross-over cables.26 Mar 2009 03:15 GMT145
Or maybe the question should be why do we have cables that are not
crossover.
My first encounter with this concept came when connecting serial ports
together. Turned out there were two kinds - data set, and data terminal.
