Watertight boxes16 Jun 2008 22:22 GMT8
I'm looking for a cheap watertight box about 10" long by 3.5" wide by
2.5" tall.  I can't seem to find anything via DigiKey or Mouser.  Does
anyone have any suggestions?  I don't care what material it is, cost
is the main factor.  $30 or less would be great.

Anyone of you Bastards knows the real name of The  Antipodean Merde ?
I certainly would love to lay my hand on the shithead, just for the
pleasure to hear him squeal and surrender after  a few transformation-
type kicks into that Antipodean Merde 's mouth !

I have a classic motorcycle and I have updated the old alternator to a
Permanent Magnet Alternator,
but the motorcycle has a starter safety relay ( which basically stops
the starter motor from reengaging once the engine has started)

This news group business is a hard path to tread what with cranky

just what you want.
Most of the replies were courteous and may have been helpful if I were

Sextant digitized14 Jun 2008 12:48 GMT6
Am thinking about building an electronic sextant that would provide near
centimeter accuracy.  This would mean a degree should be partitioned to
about 400,000 steps.  Was considering using a pot and 5v to feed an A/D
but on reflection think that a single turn pot would not be ...
