I'd like to install a ceiling fan and light combo in a situation
where there is currently only a light fitted. Power is supplied
to the batten holder and a single pair runs down to the light

Well, thought I'd get into a bit of water conservation, and as I have

I have two pots I would like to control with a single shaft.  The pots are
adjusted with a Phillips screwdriver, and the + shaped slot slot goes
completely through the center of each pot, so I am thinking a + shaped shaft
linking the two would do the job.  What would such a shaft ...

I'm working on  a project for school and want to set up a solar cell to
charge up a couple of really big (size of a soda can) capacitors and then
once they are charged have a relay or something close and send the power
