I am working on a project concerned with sonoluminescence,in which we
have to create standing ultrasonic waves in water inside a 250cc
flask. Testing the piezoceramics I encountered with two problems:

I to want to input an RS232 Serial or USB signal into a wireless device to
be received by a PC on a 802.11 wireless network.
The wireless device should be portable and be battery operated.

The independent is the opposite of the internals of what a -
"transformer" is in this day & age?
You can reverse the polarity on most minor voltage systems -
