solenoid needed23 Jul 2007 23:04 GMT2
I am looking for an inexpensive solenoid.  It needs to be a pull type
with a stroke distance of about 3 inches.  I am open to other
actuators, but I need linear movement and a spring to hold an object
in place after current has been shut off.

Vendor for low pass filter with BNC connectors21 Jul 2007 22:18 GMT1
I am looking for a vendor for a low pass filter for around 20kHz -
ideally it would be variable between around 10 and 100 kHz. The
maximum voltage would be around 2V and it doesn't have to have any
special attenuation properties - just provide some "reasonable" degree

The Toyota Prius has a key that does not need to be produced in order to get
into the car. You just have to have it in your pocket as you come close to
the drivers side door. It will let you in, and you can start the car (via
pushbutton) and go.

All advise welcome.
