only Ive seen lots of nifty VFDs on ebay that run via a connection to the

We have a Hoover Commodore 5kg washer which has stopped working this
morning.  On the drain/spin cycle it's just sitting there with a low quiet
hum - you can still hear the cycle knob clicking though.  Is it possible
that it has a dead pump?

Recently I bought a "radio controlled" clock, only to find when I got it
home that it picks up the Frankfurt transmitter and not the Rugby one - so
its useless in the UK!
Is it likely to be possible to tweak the tuning for the Rugby transmitter,

I have a number of 500 Watt PSUs that I am using in a project.
However they struggle with maintaining voltages when the load
changes.  I would like to make a PCB that will remove as much noise
from the output stage of the PSUs.
