I am looking for an IC that will take 12 volts DC input and generate +/- 5
volts DC out at a few milli-amps?
To drive a couple of LCD panel meters.

looking for a circuit, possibly based on a 555, that will rotate a
turntable/carousel that will display photographs/items - pause for a
few seconds and rotate to the next photo/item. Part of a school Father
& Son project. Would really appreciate any ideas.

I just bought a pr. of amplified speakers,{small} only 30 wattr rms.I
am putting these on my bike which is 12dc. The power supply that comes
with then  is 120vac down to 9vac.I took 1 speaker apart and seen that
their was a  circute to change it to dc.When I put my meter on the + -

Just wandering through Bunnings the other day and came across a pack
of Arlec Remote control power plug switches. It contained a remote 8
ro ten button remote control and 2 (or 4?) plugin switch boxes for
around $35. Did not think more about it until I got home.

A counter that will count up to 999 days, can be reset at any time (reset button
needs to be able to change out to a key switch), fairly larger display 2.5" (or greater).

I went in Jaycar today and noticed they didn't have any Silicon Chip
magazines. I just went to the Jaycar website and they list it as out of
stock. Do Jaycar no longer stock SC?

I also have Foxtel digital.
Anyway to cut a long story short.
I watch my Foxtel on AV2.
