| A Wireless Energy Transmitter | 08 Jul 2006 22:53 GMT | 10 |
After reading about Nikola Tesla, I was wondering if there were any plans to make your own Wireless Energy Transmitter, such as the one at the Wardenclyffe Tower. Is this possible? If possible, relatively inexpensive to do? Thanks.

| Connector source | 08 Jul 2006 12:43 GMT | 3 |
I've been searching for an RJ10 connector for my PDA charger, rather unsuccessfully I might add. Does anyone know where I can get one? I've found a couple of places on the net, but they want to charge ~£10 for carriage, for one 10p plug.

| Possible to substitute 2N3904 for a 2N222 ? | 08 Jul 2006 04:27 GMT | 3 |
I'm building a computer/rc transmitter interface cable which calls for the 2N222 (or better) resistor. I'm assuming the "or better" does not include the sub I mentioned but more likely a 2N222A. Having a hard time getting my hands on true equivelents such as ECG123A 2N2222A ...

Hello to all nice people; I appreciate advice on what to do as I am not as clever as some of you out there. I have a "First Alert" smoke detector installed under the house next to the heating furnace. I intend detaching the peeper from the detector and

| Dual SIM Mobilr Phone | 05 Jul 2006 10:44 GMT | 9 |
I am trying to find a mobile phone that can accept 2 x SIM cards that are both on the network at the same time. Im guessing this can't be done but can anyone confirm? I have seen the dual SIM holders that require the user to power off/on the phone but this is no good for me.

| Toyota Corolla key fob bleeper | 05 Jul 2006 04:06 GMT | 11 |
Does anyone know what is in these devices, what the power source is and most importantly, how to get into the little suckers. My wife's (Year 2000, 1.6L petrol stationwagon) bleeper died last night, necessitating a rescue, and without the bleeper, the car is a dead duck.
