Looking for a way to make a 555 timer astable circuit "triggerable." Seem
all the circuits I see (I think the some one over and over again) show an
astable 555 rigger to run constantly as a "clock." Right now I am using a

transformer29 Jan 2006 03:17 GMT2
Anyone have a need for a Transformer out of an older Tek scope? I can't
recall the exact model it came from off hand, but there are numbers on it to
identify it. It was removed out of a working scope - scrapped only due to no
space.
Distance Learning Class in Transistor Theory28 Jan 2006 09:02 GMT22
After much effort, I helped arranged for the State University of New
York to offer a distance-learning (i.e., home study), for-credit,
undergraduate class in transistor theory for this Spring.  At the
moment, however, enrollment is a bit low, so I am trying to promote
SBC: 6502 (65816) + SID 6581 + VDP TMS9918A28 Jan 2006 04:17 GMT4
Well... It's that time of the year, when it's cold outside and
it's time to find a little project to do.
I'd like to build a Single Board Computer based on 6502 (or 65816)
that would have Commodore's SID 6581 as a sound chip, and TMS9918A as

USB type please? There have been several published in SC recently. Are any
of these worth looking at?
