Got a sanyo cpp 2930 ctv with no sound and shutdown intermittently. any ideas? Im suss on the audio op IC, but would like to hear of any other possibilities before i spend the $40 for the IC (LA4270)

Greetings group. I have a Eurotel ctv model EU-6898 with a vertical deflection problem. Can anyone please tell me where I can obtain a schematic and or parts? I have tried HCSD and Speedy Spares for a schematic without luck.

As subject. Who's a cheap but good xbox modder? In western sydney, but i'll travel if the price is right. $99 for a softmod and a dashboard is the cheapest I've found, and that is far too expensive. I'd expect to pay that much for a bloody good hardware

Commercial home amps have internal heatsinks with very thin fins. Yet heatsinks from Jaycar etc have rather thick fins. Which actually works better, thin or thick fins??
