Yes I know what it sounds like, but can someone give me a freq domain
analysis (i.e. how to get rid of it by filtering) and a time domain
analysis (i.e. what it looks like on the waveform?)  I'm guessing it's

I heard that Ceramic Capacitors rarely fail nevertheless how can one be
