I have a Sony CPD-G400 that wont come out of standby mode. I gave the repair shop a copy of the Service manual; they are saying the processor has got inputs but its not doing anything. The monitor is out of warranty, and Sony isn't selling spares for it here in Australia.

I have seen the board described in this link. http://www.seventech.it/english/merlinoboard/2.php I think that its a good solution to realize an embedded system with VGA output, in that cases where, to use the PC, is not convenient.
