There chips with the mixture of Active HIGH and Active LOW signals. Is
there any pros and cons of each levels? OR it simply choice of
designers / manufacturers?

Why the large memory chips has multiple VDD and GND pins? I hope the
VDD and GND are connected together while connecting it ot powersuppy
(ie., common source of powersupply).
Any help in understanding this?

I was wondering if a specifications says that it must have leakage current
less than 0.1mA...and I measured on my meter 108mA (assuming that everything
is calibrated and accurate...)

My memory is playing tricks on me.  I'm sure I read in a VCR manual
that its resolution was 312.5 lines (I'm in UK so 625 lines).  I had
assumed this meant that VCR showed the same field twice in a frame to
save tape.  But I can't find anything to say if they do or don't.  All
