Using UART with a Fujitsu microcontroller13 Jun 2004 19:36 GMT4
I have a MB90F347 microcontroller from Fujitsu and am trying to
communicate over UART. Everything works fine, if I transmit only
values from 1 to 255. But I'm not able to send a 0 (0x00).
I really don't understand why this doesn't work. Also in the hardware
Any Ideas ??????????13 Jun 2004 13:08 GMT1
I am trying to locate or help with a circuit that will monitor the current
on a mains cable and sound a short alarm should the current change. The
basic idea is for remote monitoring of a set of PIR controlled security
lights up to 10 seperate units at 500W each. I don't want to run ...
Identifying old IC's13 Jun 2004 08:23 GMT9
I have a problem and don't know where to look for a solution. We just had a
very humungous lightning storm here in Ontario Canada. It wiped out a large
computer driven XY plotting router. This is the main machine in a small sign
manufacturing company. This machine is quite old ( 10 ...

to get electricity from a lemon or potato. I want to make a lamp that you
can 'plug' into a lemon or potato. The light has to be ...

Warning - LG Electronics - No Aftersales Service13 Jun 2004 04:43 GMT176
A warning to people who like me are attracted by LG's electronics
products and pretty aggressive prices. Everything is fine if the
product works, HOWEVER, be warned that should the product fail, you
may have significant problems getting it satisfactorily repaired.

DC Motors: what is the voltage limit?12 Jun 2004 19:52 GMT3
I have a 7.2V Johnson Electric DC motor. I'm trying to incorporate it
into a mobile platform I'm building. The only trouble is that I was
planning on using a power supply which supplies 12V and 5V.
This has led me to a few problems which I can't resolve:

Im working on a burning man project, and need to build or find an 8

to 8 different speaker outputs, one at a time in sequence with a user
adjustable speed (~0 - 1200 Hz?).
pioneer PDP-501MX plasma TV problem12 Jun 2004 13:33 GMT4
A friend has a pioneer PDP-501MX plasma tv which now does not work.
Apparently there is a problem with the panel itself-most likely with
the electodes located on the front side of the glass. Pioneer says the
Plasma panel will have to be replaced. The plasma panel is number
