My mums 5400Z reciever stopped working, I replaced a few caps in the power
supply that was shown in an artical in a satellite mag, this didn't fix it.
I tried another power supply from a working unit and it still didn't get it
going.

wondering at what frequency within the 2.4Ghz spectrum these run at? What

I'm having problems with this annoyingly simple P-Chan FET circuit ....

With the correct input voltage it seems to work fine, but when the input
polarity is reversed the FET doesn't turn off for some reason.

monitor "simply" buying an image processor (if that monitor hasn't it)
and connecting it with the vga and the screen.
That image processors aren't cheap.
