Help with DC Voltage reduction06 Apr 2004 01:20 GMT1
I found an 8volt DC wireless camera to use as a backup camera on  my
van. Can anyone help me with a schematic to reduce the 12v battery
feed to the required 8-9volts for the camera? I'm handy with soldering
irons and breadboards but I don't have a clue what components to use.

Adaptors: Exceeding the specified current by 600mA05 Apr 2004 00:46 GMT2
We use a Panasonic TC1464 cordless phone (9V DC, 200mA), but we have the
problem that its present adaptor doesn't work in countries that use ~220V. I
have another adaptor that has the same output voltage, but a higher current
(800mA).
