? Can't Figure this out!30 Sep 2003 22:44 GMT2
Two-year-old rechargeable 12 volt batteries for Ryobi power drill sit
endlessly in the recharger module, showing charging lights. But they
never exit with more than a little juice. (New ones at Home Depot cost
almost as much as a whole drill kit.)

any generic p/s with those specs will do). More detailed specs on the power

UV laser, ionising air30 Sep 2003 05:38 GMT1
I've noticed ultraviolet laser diodes have come out and I'd like to
use a UV laser to create a path of ionised air along which a pulse of
high voltage electric current can travel. I've heard of people doing
it before so I know it's possible. I want to ask if anyone can suggest
