In light of the upcoming movie, and really just cause i think it'd be

What is the reason for the yellow phase being earthed or used as the star
point in a three phase system? I have seen this several times in the North
of the uk. I am told that it is something to do with impedances?

I have recently moved from the UK to the US.  In the UK I was a
qualified electrician for 10 years.  I now live in  Dutchess county NY,
were they don't have any licensing requirements for electricians.  (Not
the best idea I have come across.)

If an receptacle is the only one on the circuit, the branch circuit rating

I have two 100A service panels. Panel 1 has a #6 copper wire running
from it to a water pipe and believe it is the correct size based on the
NEC 250.122 because, the largest service wire is 200A at the meter  to
power the panels. Panel 2 doesn't have a ground so, can I connect a #8
